By accessing any Codartis website or using any Codartis application, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using Codartis websites and applications.

Codartis will be free to use and redistribute such information on an unrestricted basis, without any compensation to you. If you do not agree to these terms then please do not send your feedback to us.

Third-party Services

Our websites and applications use third-party services that are not owned or controlled by us. For their respective terms, conditions and policies please refer to their websites.

These third-party services include:

  • FastSpring provides the e-commerce platform for our products (also referred to as "Codartis Store"). When you purchase our products, FastSpring is the reseller ("Merchant and Seller of Record") that hosts our online store, handles payments, fulfillments and consumer support regarding orders and transactions.

  • GitHub provides the hosting of our web sites and the issue tracking service used for supporting our applications.

    Please note that to use the issue tracking service on GitHub you have to log in with a GitHub account. If you don't want to do that then you can use our support service via email.

  • LicenseSpring provides license key generation service during order fulfillment and license key validation service during the usage of our applications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Codartis be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use our products and services, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if Codartis has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disclaimer

Our products and services are provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Codartis expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to our products and services, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, Codartis provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that our products and services will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Governing Law

These Terms shall by governed by Hungarian law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
